The project is aimed specifically at young women who are affected by high unemployment in Morocco and offers them the opportunity to train in the world of hospitality and catering. Initial support comes from the chef Haya Molcho, her NENI restaurants and the 25hours Hotels.  Part of the proceeds from the sale of the light, summery lentil soup, which will be available in all NENI restaurants from 1st May, will go directly to the Academy and thus support the educational opportunities of young women in Marrakech.
